JELAJAH MALAYSIA 2021 is the OLDEST INTERNATIONAL CYCLING TOURNAMENT IN ASIA marked as a historical marquee cycling event. Celebrating its 54th. Edition, the Tour will be held from 29th June to 3rd. July 2021 – Please note changes below the banner.
The Race, is expected to attract top Asian Continental and local teams involving approximately 600 people power comprising of the racers and their team crew, the organisers, officials, supporting staff and our participating sponsors to exhibit their brands.
The 20 participating teams will be represented by 120 cyclists contesting in 5 stages, accumulating the total race distance of 790 kilometers, crossing 5 states, 30 towns with expected 1 million eyeballs captured throughout the event.
On the recommendation of the Ministry of Youth and Sports Malaysia, Jelajah Malaysia 2021, which was originally scheduled for June 29 to July 3, 2021, has been rescheduled to February 2023 because of the current spike in COVID-19 cases. Afterwards, even though the year is almost over, it was once more delayed to 2024 with no set date.
